Château Moulin de la Roquille
Côtes de Francs
Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc
The estate has been in the Audouin family since 1964, having been acquired by their grandparents. It was not until 1990 that their son Didier and his wife, Hélène began the cultivation of the vineyards.
In 1993, Didier’s parents began their well-deserved retirement and Didier and Hélène officially took control of the vines. Three years later in 1996 was their first vinification. Later in 1999, Jérôme and Catherine the son and daughter of Didier and Hélène settled into the family estate and brought with him 7 hectares of Bordeaux Supérieur. Three years later brought the creation of Gaec Audouin with the arrival of Jérôme’s brother, Jean Laurent and 4 hectares of Bordeaux Côtes de Francs.
Today, the estate is made up of 38 hectares of vines from two appellations: Les Bordeaux Supérieur and Les Francs Côtes de Bordeaux.
