A soft, white from a region best known for red, the Beaune 1er Cru is round, friendly, yet subtly powerful. Pale yellow in color, with hints of green, and well-developed peach, apricot and lemon flavors. Soft and clean on the palate, with a lasting finish.id 15

The grapes were sourced from grapevines located in the south of Burgundy near Puligny and Meursault. 1/3 of the wine stayed in contact with its lees for 11 months, while the other 2/3 were fermented and aged in stainless steel. The two parts were then blended together, filtered, and bottled.id 376
